1. About These Terms

This website, atlanta.gemstonelights.com (the “Site”), is run by Gemstone Lights Atlanta LLC (“Gemstone Lights Atlanta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply when you browse the Site, request a quote, use the home visualizer, register a warranty or contact us through any form on it.

By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Gemstone Lights Atlanta is an independent, locally owned business and an Authorized Dealer of Gemstone Lights® products. We design, sell and install Gemstone Lights permanent outdoor lighting for homes and businesses in North Atlanta, and we support the systems we install.

We are not Gemstone Lights itself. Gemstone Lights makes the products and backs them with its product warranty (Section 8). We are responsible for your quote, your installation and our own labor warranty.

3. Where We Work

We install in Gwinnett County and Forsyth County, including Lawrenceville, Duluth, Suwanee, Sugar Hill, Buford, Cumming, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. If you are outside our area, we may refer your request to the Authorized Dealer that serves your location, or let you know we can’t take it on.

4. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our lighting and to contact us about your own property. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
• Submit false information, or someone else’s name, phone number or email address, in any form
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system
• Interfere with the Site’s operation or security, including by uploading malicious code
• Scrape or systematically copy the Site’s content, images or contact details

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time, and we may block access by anyone who misuses it.

5. Quotes and Pricing

We don’t list prices on the Site, because every installation is different. The price depends on things like the length of your roofline, the number of stories and peaks, the track profile you choose and where power is available. We measure first and then give you a free written quote.

Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding price. A price is binding only when it is in a written quote or proposal from us that you accept. Your installation is carried out under that written agreement. If it says something different from these terms, the written agreement applies to that work.

6. What You Send Us and How We Contact You

When you fill in a form on the Site, please give accurate details that are your own. By sending a form, you agree that Gemstone Lights Atlanta, and Gemstone Lights or its authorized dealers, may contact you by phone or email about your request.

If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for more information.

7. The Home Visualizer

The home visualizer lets you upload a photo of your home and see an AI-generated preview of it with permanent lighting. To use it, you confirm your phone number with a code we send by text message.

• Upload only photos you took or have the right to use, and avoid photos where people can be identified.
• The preview is generated automatically. It is an artistic impression only, not a design, a measurement or a promise of how your installation will look.
• When you request a quote from the visualizer, your photo and the preview are sent with your request, so we can prepare your quote and follow up with you.

We may limit or stop access to the visualizer at any time, for example to prevent misuse.

8. Product Warranty and Our Labor Warranty

Gemstone Lights products come with a manufacturer’s warranty issued by Gemstone Lights USA Corp., not by us. The lights are covered for their lifetime and system parts for 10 years. Patio lights and landscape lights are covered for 5 years on the lights and 10 years on parts. The warranty must be registered within 30 days of installation.

Gemstone Lights Atlanta covers the labor to replace warrantied parts for one year from your installation date. This labor warranty is ours, as your dealer. Gemstone Lights’ product warranty covers parts, not labor.

9. Photos, Renderings and Product Information

Photos, videos, renderings and lighting demonstrations on the Site are illustrative. Color, brightness and appearance vary with the camera, screen, building materials and surrounding light, so they don’t guarantee the result on your home.

We take care to keep product details current, but Gemstone Lights may change its products, apps and features. The specification in your written quote is the one that applies to your installation.

10. Trademarks and Content

Gemstone Lights®, the Gemstone Lights logo and the related trademarks are the property of Gemstone Lights Canada Ltd. We use them as an Authorized Dealer. The rest of the Site’s content, including its text, layout, photos and video, belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us.

You may not copy, republish or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Other Websites and Services

The Site links to and uses services run by others, such as gemstonelights.com, the Gemstone Lights app, app stores and address lookup. We don’t control them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or completely up to date.

Nothing on the Site is professional advice about your property, including electrical, roofing, structural, permit or code questions. We settle those during the on-site visit before any work starts.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or from not being able to use it.

This section doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law. It doesn’t affect the product warranty, our labor warranty or your written agreement with us for work on your property.

14. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version posted here is the one that applies when you use the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Nothing in them takes away any consumer rights you have under the law.
